80 Day Obsession: The Program:
This program consists of 80 unique workouts, shot in real time, and spans 13 weeks.
The workouts are intense and geared toward beginner to intermediate fitness levels.
Each workout has a emphasizes certain body groups:

- Cardio with a mix of high and low intensity

What is Timed Nutrition:
We all know that weight loss and fitness are 80% nutrition.
The concept of timed nutrition is to keep your body fueled with the right foods, eaten at the right time, to achieve the most effective workouts and build muscle while increasing your metabolism and energy levels.
This is the way Autumn Calabrese herself and her celebrity clients eat. Based on when you workout, this program will show you what and when to eat (within a 4-5 hour window) to maximize results. According to Autumn Calabrese, following a timed-nutritional program, is the best way to guarantee results.
After reading the starting guide and using the calorie calculator provided, you will have the option of 6 different eating plans based on your caloric needs (and an additional 6 if you are vegan).

This program makes use of Autumn’s color-coded portion controlled eating containers that were first introduced with 21 Day Fix. These containers take the guesswork out of healthy eating. You simply eat your daily allotment of protein, fruits, vegetables, carbs, healthy fats and seeds/oils.
When I was doing 21 Day Fix, after the birth of my first son, I can tell you that I never felt deprived or hungry. There were even some days I had containers left over. I particularly enjoyed how easy it was to calculate my day based on the containers instead of obsessing over calories. I’m excited to start this way of eating again.
I am extremely intrigued by the concept of timed nutrition, and seeing how it affects my results.
