Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring. I have put together a cheat sheet of 25 easy, nutritious and delicious snacks that are 100 calories or less.
Skip the pre-packaged, highly processed foods, and instead opt for healthy whole foods that are not only good for you but delicious too. Next time your tummy is grumbling, these healthy snacks will keep you fuller longer with 100 calories or less per serving.
Slice one Tomato, and 1oz fresh mozzarella drizzle a little olive oil and salt and voila, a delicious and healthy taste of Italy.
½ cup of pineapple with 1 ½ tsp. of unsweetened shredded coconut is a tropical treat. Reminds me of a Pina Colada in a bowl.
3. Roasted Brussel Sprouts

4. Broccoli and Ranch Dip
1 cup raw broccoli florets dipped in 1 tbsp. ranch dressing is an easy and filling snack.
5. Cottage Cheese and Honey
Drizzle 1 tsp. of honey on 1/2 cup of fat-free cottage cheese for a decadent snack that feels like dessert.

7. Sliced Apple and Peanut Butter
Slice one medium apple and pair it with 1 tsp of peanut butter. This pair was meant to be together.
8. Cucumbers and Goat Cheese
Slice ½ cup of cucumbers, and divide 2 tbsp. of goat cheese on top for an appetizing amuse bouche.
9. Cottage Cheese and Blueberries
Add ¼ cup of blueberries to a ½ cup of fat-free cottage cheese for a filling low-calorie snack or breakfast idea.
10. Egg Whites and Toast
Toast one slice of whole wheat bread, and top with two scrambled egg whites. Add salt and pepper to taste.
11. Fruit Salad
In a bowl, place ½ cup of raspberries, ½ cup strawberries and a ½ cup of blueberries in a bowl, and voila, a healthy and delicious fruit salad.
Add 1 cup of edamame to a bowl, sprinkle a pinch of salt and enjoy.
13. Baked Potato and Salsa
½ medium baked potato topped with 2 tbs. salsa
14. Celery and Peanut Butter
Spread 1 tbs of butter in 2 spears of celery to satisfy that crunch craving.
15. Large Hard Boiled Egg

18. Asparagus and Parmesan Cheese
Bake 10 asparagus spears at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for approximately 12-15 minutes sprinkle 2 tbsp low-fat grated parmesan for a snack or side dish.
19. Cheddar Cheese
One serving, or 3/4 oz. of cheddar cheese comes to approximately 90 calories. Who doesn’t love cheese?
Place approximately 1 cup of grapes in the freezer for approximately 3+ hours. They are a refreshing snack on their own or put them in a glass of water instead of ice cubes.
21. Watermelon Feta and Mint Salad
In a bowl, place ½ cup of cubed watermelon, with 1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese and ½ tsp chopped mint. This refreshing salad is a summer favorite. It’s hard to believe it’s under 100 calories.
Three cups of plain, air-popped popcorn contain approximately 90 calories.
23. Turkey Roll Up
Essentially a wrap, without a bread. Layout 2oz of turkey deli meat and spread 1 tsp of low-fat cream cheese down the middle. Roll up the turkey with the cheese inside.
24. Cucumbers and Guacamole
Slice ½ cup of sliced cucumbers with ¼ cup of guacamole.
25. Spinach and Egg White Omelette
3 egg whites, ½ cup of spinach, salt and pepper to taste, and before you know it, you have a delicious and filling low-calorie snack. Really the possibilities are endless, change the veggies in the omelette to suit your taste.
